About

Filter Club is a site about French House, Funky House and Disco House.

There has never really been one place for any of this. The news sits on one site, the releases on another, the production talk happens in a Discord somewhere, and most of the history is in forum threads that could disappear tomorrow.

So this is an attempt to put it back in one place. New releases and reviews, production tutorials that actually explain how the records were made, a Throwback Thursday write-up every week, and an archive of the artists and labels that built the sound. There's a radio station and a Discord as well.

It's run by interlectra, and it's one person doing it, so if something is wrong or missing it probably just hasn't been got to yet. Tell me and I'll sort it.

If you make this music, run a label, or are putting on a night, send it over.
