Olav Basoski

Olav Basoski is the "grand seigneur" of Dutch house music, with a reputation for locking a dancefloor into a groove for hours on end.

As the man behind Work Records he released one classic after another, from Pancake's "Don't Turn Your Back" to "Opium Scumbagz", the number one Ibiza anthem of 2000, alongside the "Samplitude" vinyl series. His remix discography runs past a hundred, 2005's "Waterman" went gold on vinyl alone, and he now runs Rootz Records.
